[LUG] ADSL in Cornwall (Again!)

The register is running a story on ADSL in Cornwall.  Seems Truro, St 
Austell, Redruth, Camborne, Newquay and Penzance echanges are now ADSL 
enabled.

Now if they could get ADSL to work in Threemilestone... (3 miles from 
the Truro exchange - availbility, still "not a chance")
