[LUG] [ ANNOUNCE ] new version of the heron search engine

I've just released a new version of the heron Search engine - its still 
experimental but the phrase matching and customisation available is pretty 
funky.

Requires Berkeley DB (already installed on any decent OS)
Perl (Ditto).
and template Toolkit ( www.tt2.org)
