I agree that Linux user groups are the best place to find potential staff.
You could possibly advertise in one of the Linux magazines,  Linux format or
Linux magazine.   But I would try local groups then perhaps write to the
admin of groups further a field.  and ask if they could forward a message
for you to their group.
